April 17, 2014: Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Danny Salazar walks back to the Indians' dugout after being pulled in the fifth inning of Cleveland's game against the Detroit Tigers, Thursday, April 17, 2014 at Comerica Park in Detroit. Salazar gave up four runs in the inning before being pulled. The Tigers beat the Indians 7-5 to split their two-game series.
