01 November 2007: DC United Co-Managing Partner William H.C. Chang (l) with Andrew Hauptman (r), CEO of Andell Holdings, the new owner of the Chicago Fire. The Chicago Fire tied DC United 2-2 in the second leg of their Major League Soccer Eastern Conference Semifinal playoff series at RFK Stadium in Washington, DC. The Fire advanced to the next round, winning the series 3-2 on aggregate goals.
