25 APRIL 2015: Detroit Tigers starting pitcher Alfredo Simon (31) jogs to the dugout after being relieved during the seventh inning of a regular season game between the Cleveland Indians and the Detroit Tigers played at Comerica Park in Detroit, MI. This was the 21st annual Negro Leagues Tribute Game. The Detroit Tigers wore uniforms honoring the Detroit Stars, while the Cleveland Indians wore Cleveland Buckeyes uniforms.
