2012 SEP 29: A dazed Chris Lafferty #65 Superseal Construction Products Chevrolet is directed to the ambulance after he crashed hard into the turn 4 wall during the Smith's 350 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series auto race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, NV. Nelson Piquet Jr. would go on to win the race. Lafferty was unhurt.
