The Illinois State University Redbirds roped and tied the Western Kentucky University Hilltoppers in regulation but loosened the noose in Overtime as the Hilltoppers take the honors with a 37 - 24 Victory in Gateway Conference action at Hancock Stadium on Illinois State's campus in Normal IL.
