11 April 2007: Crowds gather on the north point to watch surfers ride 20' large waves on a early spring south swell at The Wedge in Balboa's Newport Beach north of the jetty in Southern California's Pacific Ocean. People were surfing in the jetty and south down the coast in Corona Del Mar.
