01 June 2011 San Francisco Giants shortstop Brandon Crawford (35) advanced safely to third base after a sacrifice fly by San Francisco Giants second baseman Freddy Sanchez in the sixth inning. Also on the play San Francisco Giants left fielder Cody Ross scored. Here, as Crawford slid into third, he went between the legs of St. Louis Cardinals third baseman Daniel Descalso (33). The San Francisco Giants defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 7-5 in 11 innings on Wednesday June 1, 2011 in the third game of a four-game series at Busch Stadium in downtown St. Louis.
