27 January 2015: Carolina's Jiri Tlusty (CZE) (19) went head first into the boards after being hit from behind by Tampa Bay's Valtteri Filppula (FIN) (51) in the second period. The Carolina Hurricanes played the Tampa Bay Lightning at the PNC Arena in Raleigh, North Carolina in a 2014-15 National Hockey League game. Carolina won the game 4-2.
