April 11, 2015: Providence College Forward Noel Acciari (24) gets whacked by the stick of Boston University Goaltender Matt O'Connor (29) and sandwiched by Boston University Defenseman Doyle Somerby (27) and Boston University Defenseman Brandon Fortunato (25). The Providence College Friars defeated the Boston University Terriers 4-3 in the final of the Frozen Four, NCAA Division 1 Men's Ice Hockey Championship at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. Providence wins their first ever NCAA championship.
