14 October 2006: Sam Houston State defensive back Stanley Garrett (31) intercepts a passing intended for Nicholls State wide receiver Patrick Gordon (not shown) in the 2nd quarter as the Bearkats defeat the Nicholls State Colonels 37-7 on Homecoming Weekend at Bowers Stadium in Huntsville, Texas. Garrett's large gain on the interception was reduced to 5 yards by a penalty.
