30 December 2010: A Syracuse Orange fan holds up a sign for punter Rob Long at the 2010 New Era Pinstripe Bowl played at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx, NY on Thursday December, 30th. Long who was unable to play after a recent surgery to remove a brain tumor that was later found to contain malignant cell tissue. The Orange would hang on for a 36-34 victory over the Kansas State Wildcats.
