Colorado beat the then 21st ranked Mountaineers 17-14 in overtime. White is a top candidate for the Heisman Trophy and most likely an NFL early round pick. White's 149 yards rushing in the game led the team and his two touchdowns were the only scores of the game for WVU. In the background is teammate Jock Sanders (#9, RB).
