27 July 2007: Orioles longtime ballboy and umpire assistant Ernie Tyler broke his consecutive game streak after 47 years following the Baltimore Orioles 4-2 win Friday night against the New York Yankees at Oriole Park at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Maryland. Tyler was personally invited to attend his induction into the baseball Hall of Fame and gladly accepted.
