05 February 2003: Once the first bench starts to burn, it is time for more benches to added the fire. Each bench is painted by the house the built it, giving all students an easy way to identify who is giving their bench to the fire (or having their's stolen). This bonfire took place on Duke University's Main West Quadrangle after the 83-74 Duke win over archrival, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, NC.
