01 September 2007: Lee Roy Selmon, the president of the USF Foundation Partnership for Athletics before the Elon University versus University of South Florida game at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. South Florida won the game 28 to 13. Lee Roy is a former All-American DE for the Oklahoma Sooners and Lee Roy is also a member of both the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Lee Roy Selmon was the first ever draft pick for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 1976.
