24 July 2007: Former Baltimore Orioles player Cal Ripken, Jr, steps on to the field as the warehouse in the background has the number 2,632 hanging from it in commemoration of the consecutive games played record Ripken holds during ceremonies to honor him at a Hall of Fame Send-Off prior to the game between the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and the Baltimore Orioles. Ripken will be inducted to the Baseball Hall of Fame Sunday, July 29. The number refers to Ripken's record 2,632 consecutive games played over 16 seasons.
