27 April 2007: New York Mets center fielder Carlos Beltran (15) argues with home plate umpire Larry Vanover (L) as manager Willie Randolph (C) steps in between them in the 9th inning. Beltran was angry after a second strike was called on him after his request for time was not granted by Vanover with two outs in a one run game. The Nationals defeated the Mets 4-3 at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C.
