Derrick scored two rushing touchdowns and was the game's leading rusher with 92 yards as Furman of the Southern Conference (SoCon) won 56-14 over Howard of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) at Paladin Stadium in Greenville, SC.
