ELKHART LAKE, WI - JUNE 22: After spinning into the turn five gravel pit on lap 22, Conor Daly (#76 Juncos Hollinger Racing Chevrolet) caused a full course yellow (FCY) in order to be towed out the hazard by the AMR Safety Crew during the NTT IndyCar Series XPEL Grand Prix on the 4.014-mile 14-turn paved road course at Road America in Elkhart Lake, Wisconsin. Once back on track, Daly circulated for a couple of laps with the tow strap still attached, flying and whipping wildly behind the race car until pitting and being assessed a ten-second penalty for failure to follow directions of the sanctioning body officials.
