14 May 2007: Atlanta Braves pitcher John Smoltz (29) pitches in the 3rd inning against the Washington Nationals. Smoltz was forced to leave the game in the 7th inning after dislocating his pinky finger tagging out right fielder Austin Kearns on a failed squeeze bunt. Smoltz struck out five and gave up 2 earned runs in 6 2/3 innings as the Nationals defeated the Braves 2-1 at RFK Stadium in Washington, D.C. ****For Editorial Use Only****
