The St. Louis Blues hosted the Detroit Red Wings at the Scottrade Center in downtown St. Louis on Saturday November 28, 2009. After three periods of regulation play, the game was tied 3-3. An overtime period was played, with still no change in the score, and then a shootout during which the Red Wings prevailed, ending the game 4-3.
