The University of California Los Angeles Bruins hosted the University of North Carolina Tar Heels at Drake Stadium in Los Angeles, California in a 2014 NCAA Division I Men's Soccer Tournament Quarterfinal round match. The game ended in a 3-3 tie after two overtimes. UCLA advanced to the next round by winning the penalty kick shootout 7-6.
