The Kansas State Wildcats of the Big 12 conference defeated the UCF Knights of Conference USA 17 to 13 at Bill Synder Family Stadium, Manhattan, Kansas. Today was Fort Riley Day honoring the men and women who serve in the United States Army based out of Fort Riley Kansas. The game was started and then stopped for over an hour for a severe weather delay.
