According to Head Coach Charlie Strong, Connor has movement in his extremities and does not have any paralysis. The play occurred in the game between the Rutgers Scarlet Knights and the Louisville Cardinals at Papa John's Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky. Louisville defeated Rutgers 16-14
