Louisville Head Coach Charlie Strong watches as medical personnel attend to CB Anthony Connor in the game between the Rutgers Scarlet Knights and the Louisville Cardinals at Papa John's Stadium in Louisville, Kentucky.
Connor was diagnosed with a broken neck but, according to Coach Strong, did not suffer paralysis and had feeling in his extremities.
