Birmingham Mayor William Bell looks on. This program is part of Empowerment Week for the City of Birmingham celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Civil Rights Movement. The film honors the four girls who were killed in the bombing of Sixteenth Street Baptist Church on September 15th, 1963.
