05 September 2011 St. Louis Cardinals shortstop Rafael Furcal (15) looks as the ball got away from him when Milwaukee Brewers shortstop Craig Counsell (30) slid into second base in the sixth inning. Furcal was charged with an error. The Milwaukee Brewers defeated the St. Louis Cardinals 4-1 in the first game of a three-game series on Monday September 5, 2011 at Busch Stadium in downtown St. Louis.
