4 September 2006: Ramon Ortiz, pitcher for the Washington Nationals, on the mound against the St. Louis Cardinals, gives up the only run of the game to Albert Pujols in the 9th inning. Ortiz brought a no-hitter into the 9th inning before giving up 2 hits and the single run as the Nationals defeated the Cardinals 4-1 at Robert F. Kennedy Memorial Stadium in Washington, DC.
