Lahcen Ahansal wins his tenth Marathon des Sables. The Marathon des Sables is a 6 days and 151 miles endurance race with food self sufficiency across the Sahara Desert in Morocco. Each participant must carry his, or her, own backpack containing food, sleeping gear and other material.
