September 30, 2007 - Charlotte, NC. The Carolina Panther's started new quarterback, David Carr (8) in place of quarterback, Jake Delhomme (17) who was sidelined with an elbow injury after the Panther's win over Atlanta. Carr contributed 155 yards in the air including a touch down strike in the final minute of play to running back, DeAngelo Williams (34). The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Carolina Panthers 20 - 7 in a game played at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte NC.
