The Carolina Panther's wide receiver, Drew Carter (18) grabs a ball thrown by quarterback, David Carr (8) and is immediately tied up by Tampa Bay Buccaneer's linebacker, Barrett Ruud (51). Ruud had 5 tackles and assisted on another 5 tackles and is credited with forcing a Panther fumble. Carter caught 2 balls for Carolina totaling 16 yards. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Carolina Panthers 20 - 7 in a game played at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte NC.
