Wiliams was not able to collect the pass. Carr threw 41 times in the game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and completed only 54% of his attempts. Tampa Bay quarterback, Jeff Garcia (7) completed 81% of his 25 attempts. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Carolina Panthers 20 - 7 in a game played at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte NC.
