September 30, 2007 - Charlotte, NC. The Carolina Panther's wide receiver, Drew Carter (18) and quarterback, David Carr (8) celebrate a touch down in the end zone with less than a minute remaining in the game after a beautiful lay out catch by Carter. The touchdown was called back, however, due to a holding call against the Panthers. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers defeated the Carolina Panthers 20 - 7 in a game played at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte NC.
